• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
• The product must be returned in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there has been an error with the shipment.
• In the event of a return due to a defective product or shipping error, the return shipping costs will be covered by the venue.
• Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Tracking your order is easy! Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order on our order tracking page.

No, we currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Spain.
